We accept VISA and MASTER cards without any problem. It is not necessary to send a money order, but we accept money orders and personal check orders also.
Copyright Information
ES Designs copyrights every design that we make. Purchasing a copy of our designs is actually a purchase of a license to use that design. You don't own the design. When ES Design sells a customer a copy of a design, it is specifially for that customers use only. The intended use of that design is for embroidering that design on fabric, or a finished garment for personal use or resale that fabric or garment. Duplication of the design software is a copyright violation. No other use of that design is intended under our license to the customer.
Changing, or duplicating any of our designs for resale, transfer or trade to any other party is a violation of title 17, U.S. Code and other laws. Both criminal an civil remedies are available under the law and we will not hesitate in prosecuting infringers to the full extent of law.

I receive or download an zip file from you, how do I handle this?
You need the free program winzip for unipping.
Included the zip file you will find also the colordefinition file.
Doubleclick the GIF or BMP file only and it will open in your graphic program. If not, a new window appears, scroll down there to MSPAINT and doubleclick MS PAINT. Now your color files will open ready for printing.
Please use this color chart to determine the recommended colors and color sequence you need for
stitching your ordered designs.
Along with the color sequence the color itself, and the coresponding MADEIRA code by name add by number.

What is meant by XXL , XL, L, M and S size?
XXL 10,4 x 6,4 inch, all formats
XL 6 x 8 inch, all formats
L 5 x 7 inch, all formats
M 4,6 x 4,8 inch, all formats
S 4 x 4 inch, all formats
Please don't forget to give us this information with ordering . Actual Sewing Area or type of the machine is necessary to send your designs in ideal sizes for your hoop.
Does my check need to be in US Dollars?
Please convert your currency to the approximate value of the price in U.S. Dollars. We accept personal American Dollar checks.
Are the designs tested?
Yes offcourse, we tested them with Pfaff, Brother, Artista, Husqvarna, Brother and Happy.
Sending credit cards informations online , NO RISK
We utilize a highly Secure Order Form and there is NO RISK in sending us your credit card information over the net. If you have ordered from us before and your credit card information has not changed, you do not need to send it again. For your safety and convenience, we will keep your credit card information on file (valid until your card's expiration date). You incur more risk sending your information split over mutiple e-mails than by using our SECURE ORDER FORM.
I accidentally lost a design
We keep a record of every order. Please e-mail us if you loose a design you ordered from us.
