Our security server encodes your entire personal data such as credit card number;  name and address. Unauthorized individuals cannot read this information during the transfer. During the encoding the characters supplied by you are transformed into a code, which will transfer safely on the Internet. Over 5000 customers worldwide trust us. We assure you that this data will not be passed on to a third party. We guarantee you that we are safe:

1. Our safety server software encodes your entire personal data such as credit card number, bank account number, name and address. Unauthorized individuals cannot read this information during the transfer on the Internet. During the encoding the characters supplied by you are transformed into a code, which will transfer safely on the Internet.   
2. With the abusive use of a credit card or a bank account number most banks take over either all costs, or limit your self-participation of no more than  EURO 50 .
3.  If your bank obligates you to the payment of a self-proportion, esdesign.de will take over this payment up to the amount of EURO 50 under the assumption that the abusive use of your credit card or your bank account number was to due to a purchase, which you transacted with the safety server of esdesign.de, and that the abuse was not caused due to an error by you.  

Important notice:

This warranty applies only to purchases with credit cards or by direct debit, which were transacted with the safety server of esdesign.de. This warranty covers max. amount of  EURO 50  total. In case of abusive use of your credit card or bank account number you must notify your credit card company or bank in accordance with their regulations.   

How you can place an order without supplying your credit card number over the network.

 If you still do not want to give out your credit card information in spite of our high safety standard, then   in the order process indicate "credit card" and select the last four digits of your credit card number and the expiration date in the credit card number field only.
